Job Description
Lead the development of marketing strategies, plans, and proposals that support client goals and business growth. Build a strong understanding of each client's business, market, and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities early. Lead integrated planning, project kickoffs, and client presentations while serving as a trusted strategic partner. Establish clear performance measures, monitor results, and guide optimization to improve campaign impact. Maintain transparent communication around performance, scope, staffing, and financial management. Partner with internal leadership on resource allocation, team development, forecasting, and account profitability. Contribute to new business efforts as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing organization, or related environment. Proven ability to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes. Strong leadership and influence skills across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Financial services experience preferred.
