Naugatuck, CT Position Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Naugatuck, CT. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-level customers, ensuring a smooth, solution-oriented experience throughout every interaction. You will act as an advocate for the customer while collaborating across departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle complex inquiries with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of triage for all escalated customer issues across phone, email, and chat. Build customer loyalty by providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable support in alignment with brand standards. Lead customer retention efforts by applying effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution techniques. Resolve complaints related to billing, products, and services, escalating to management when necessary. Collaborate with QA and internal departments to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Manage customer return and credit processes for high-value accounts. Provide accurate pricing and lead-time quotations in a timely manner. Facilitate credit approvals for new customers and credit line increases for existing accounts. Support onboarding of new customers by managing credit setup and coordination across internal systems. Clearly communicate order details, changes, and requirements with customers to ensure satisfaction and accuracy.
