Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention. Process new submissions efficiently, sometimes requiring quick turnarounds outside of normal business hours. Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing. Utilize agency management system software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.
