Full-Time / Exempt Role Summary The Account Manager is responsible for supporting Parcels business development, account management, and client service efforts. This position assists with client communication, prospective client outreach, CRM/Salesforce updates, proposal and quote coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, and general sales administration. This role is intended for a motivated, organized, and professional individual interested in a career in legal services, eDiscovery, digital forensics, cyber security, litigation support, and client relationship management. Responsibilities To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Assist with day-to-day account management activities for existing and prospective Parcels clients. Support client communication, follow-up, scheduling, and internal coordination for sales opportunities and active matters. Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, activity, and follow-up information in Salesforce/CRM. Help prepare quotes, proposals, engagement summaries, meeting materials, client lists, and other sales-related documents. Coordinate with internal project management, litigation support, forensics, and production teams to route client requests appropriately. Research prospective clients, law firms, corporations, agencies, matters, and target accounts to support business development efforts. Participate in client meetings, internal sales meetings, and pipeline reviews; document next steps and assist with timely follow-up. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items. Comfortable learning legal services, eDiscovery, litigation support, digital forensics, document review, and related technology workflows. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, or similar business tools preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, project management, and technical teams. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced professional services environment. Physical Demands Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Must be able to read documents and information on a computer screen for extended periods. May occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 pounds. Schedule Full-time position; standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility as business needs require. Occasional off hours event-related availability may be required for client meetings, networking events, internal deadlines, or special projects.
