This role is all about building relationships, managing client accounts, and helping businesses thrive. You ll work with a supportive team that values your growth and ideas. How you'll make an impact In this role, you ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their risks are managed effectively. You ll be the go-to person for day-to-day account management, helping clients navigate their insurance and risk management options.

You ll also:

Build and strengthen relationships with clients at all levels. Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Meet clients and build connections. About You A bachelor s degree and at least 3 years of experience in client coordination or claims management, OR a high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience. A valid license to practice in this field. Strong communication skills-you can explain complex issues in simple terms. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
