Job Description

Tampa Accelerated, a sales and development firm, is seeking a Verizon Account Representative to champion Verizon Wireless and Frontier Fiber, now officially under the Verizon umbrella, in Tampa. The Verizon Account Representative connects with our customers to highlight the combined strength of Verizon's network and Frontier's speed, ensuring every sales interaction builds trust in this powerful partnership. As a Verizon Account Representative, your primary mission is to keep our customers happy so they never switch. This role asks you to maintain records of each customer's device count, usage, and sales preferences. The Verizon Account Representative will close sales by offering comparisons to competitors, then follow up to ensure everything is working as promised. Responsibilities of the Verizon Account Representative Manage customer accounts that uncover needs, guiding customers toward Verizon Wireless and Frontier Fiber upgrades that strengthen account value. Build strong rapport during account interactions by presenting Verizon and Frontier Fiber solutions that fit lifestyle, usage, and long‑term connectivity goals. Strengthen account retention by applying simple, consultative sales techniques that support smooth transitions into new Verizon and Frontier Fiber services. Maintain focus on Verizon account benchmarks through organized sales outreach, attentive communication, and consistent follow‑through. Generate accounts and sales opportunities by participating in sales engagement and creating meaningful in-person touchpoints. Deliver a polished, customer‑first account experience that reinforces Verizon's commitment to dependable wireless and fiber service. Qualifications of the Verizon Account Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in account management or sales is a plus, but not required. Comfortable guiding customers through account needs that improve their experience. Builds trust quickly through attentive listening and a customer‑first approach.
Pay:
$47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
