Account Executive Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for engaging high-net-worth clients. You'll coach, train, and provide performance feedback to drive team growth, with no individual producer targets. You'll work closely with the AVP of Account Executives and a dedicated leadership/training group to support onboarding and development. The role emphasizes building strong teams, leading from the front, and delivering results that align with Fisher Investments' mission.

Compensation / Benefits

• Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives in an in-office setting
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify improvements
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of new team members
• Collaborate with the AVP on projects that support broader business objectives
• Participate in leadership and sales training for personal and team growth Tasks
• Bachelor (or equivalent)
• 2+ years in a phone-based sales environment with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience in a phone-based sales setting
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ability to obtain or retain required security licenses Key requirements
