This is a sales role designed for strong communicators — especially those with customer service, hospitality, or call center experience — who want to build a career in sales and earn serious money. We provide training, warm leads, and a clear sales process. Compensation & Earnings Base pay: $25 per hour

Commission:

Performance-based, uncapped On target earnings: $120,000 per year What You'll Do Sell commercial gutter cleaning and maintenance services Work with warm inbound and outbound leads only (no cold calling) Speak with property managers and maintenance professionals nationwide Build relationships and close service agreements Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and existing accounts Work closely with operations and scheduling teams Track activity, notes, and follow-ups in company systems What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Background in customer service, hospitality, call center, or inside sales Comfortable speaking on the phone and closing conversations Motivated by goals, performance, and commission Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train Why Work at Ken's Gutters?
