We're known for responsive support, operational expertise, and helping clients improve efficiency and reduce costs. Position Summary We're hiring an Account Manager to conduct phone sales outreach to B2B prospects and create new leads. You'll also follow up with existing clients regarding product releases and updates. This is a phone-heavy role, and you will be trained in both phone sales and door-to-door sales. All sales are business-to-business. Key Responsibilities Account management & client follow-up Follow up with existing clients on product releases. Check in regularly and document next steps. Coordinate issues and escalations internally. Phone outreach & relationship building Make daily outbound calls to prospects. Qualify leads and schedule next steps. Track activity and outcomes consistently. Operations support (marketing, sales, recruiting) Support scheduling, lists, and follow-ups. Help keep pipelines and trackers updated. Assist with customer coordination as needed. Required Qualifications Phone sales experience (B2B preferred). Organized, detail-oriented work style. Goal-focused mindset with a track record of hitting targets. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, POS, payments, or SaaS. CRM and spreadsheet comfort.
