Job Description

About Us We are a rental company seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for tenants and prospective renters while supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Provide general administrative support Assist tenants and prospective renters with inquiries Use AppFolio property management software to manage rental properties and tenant information Maintain accurate records of rented and available properties Prepare, process, and track Section 8 paperwork and related documentation Advertise available rental properties on online platforms and social media Schedule property showings and follow up with prospective tenants Assist with lease documentation and tenant onboarding Keep office records organized and up to date Qualifications Previous office administration, customer service, or rental industry experience preferred Experience using AppFolio or similar software is a plus Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Knowledge of Section 8 housing procedures and paperwork Experience in rental property operations Marketing and advertising experience for rental properties Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Join us as our Front Desk Manager and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our tenants while leading a dedicated team.
