We focus on quality, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships and are looking for a strong team member to help us manage and grow our client base. Position Overview We are seeking a Client Relations & Account Manager to take full ownership of client communication, service coordination, and enhancement opportunities across our portfolio. This role is responsible not only for maintaining strong client relationships, but also for identifying, proposing, and closing enhancement work. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident working with high-end clients, property managers, and HOA boards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Manage all client communication, requests, and follow-up Identify and propose landscape enhancements and improvements Prepare and send proposals for additional work (mulch, plants, upgrades, etc.) Follow up consistently to close opportunities Coordinate closely with operations (scheduling, crews, quality control) Ensure all client requests are executed properly and on time Confirm completion and client satisfaction after each job Handle and resolve any service-related issues quickly and professionally Performance Expectations Proactively manage a portfolio of clients with high responsiveness Generate and close $5,000 - $10,000 per week in enhancement opportunities Maintain strong client relationships and retention Take full ownership of issues until resolved Requirements Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar role Strong working knowledge of Southwest Florida plant material and landscape practices (this will be evaluated during interview) Ability to manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and get things done quickly and efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to identify opportunities and close additional work Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping, property management, or service industry Experience working with HOAs or commercial properties Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with CRM or landscape software systems Compensation $70,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience and proven performance) Performance-based bonus tied to enhancement sales and results Top performers have the opportunity to exceed this range based on results Company vehicle and phone (if applicable) What We Offer Long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company Clear expectations and performance-driven environment Professional, team-oriented work environment Important This is not a passive customer service role.
