Entry-Level Account Manager

We are a growing sales and consulting firm in the Tampa area, partnering with Frontier Communications to expand their reach and deliver high-quality connectivity solutions to customers. As Frontier continues to grow in the Tampa market, we are hiring a full-time Account Manager to support customer engagement, account development, and sales performance. This Entry Level Account Manager opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales and account management. As an Account Manager, you will work directly with customers, manage accounts from start to finish, and play an active role in driving sales growth while representing the Frontier brand.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while managing individual accounts Conduct in-person conversations to understand customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions Guide customers through available Frontier services and promotions using a consultative sales approach Manage account updates, service changes, and follow-ups to ensure long-term customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to generate additional sales through product recommendations and service upgrades Track account performance and contribute to overall sales growth in the Tampa market Work closely with other Account Manager team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and execution
