$75k to $85k base salary (Projected OTE $120k to $140k annually)Car Allowance:
$6,000 annually SUMMARY Do you have sales experience within the commercial wastewater or environmental services industry ? If so, Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a strong relationship-building Regional Account Solutions Manager to support the Phoenix metropolitan and surrounding regional markets . As a Regional Account Solutions Manager, your experience and history of success in environmental services will support your ability to achieve strong earnings and long-term success. In this role, you will leverage consultative selling skills to acquire new accounts while also developing and expanding existing customer relationships. Your account and prospect base will consist of environmental service companies and industrial non-hazardous waste generators , including manufacturers, processing facilities, and other industrial operations that require specialized liquid waste treatment and disposal services. Develop, update, maintain, and execute an approved territory sales plan that includes identifying target account prospects, outlining sales cycle plans, forecasting projected revenue, anticipated decision dates, and projected implementation or first service dates. Utilize and maintain accurate activity records within the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system . Create and maintain strong professional relationships with executive-level decision makers as well as operational implementers and influencers within both current and prospective accounts. Prepare and present Liquid Environmental Solutions treatment and disposal management proposals, presentations, price quotes, and RFP responses that demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate the advantages and benefits of LES services. Work within the pricing, products, and services guidelines established by the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with field operations teams and corporate support staff to ensure successful service implementation and customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned that fall within the scope of the responsibilities listed above.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
In-depth understanding of the environmental waste disposal industry , regulatory requirements, transportation considerations, and liquid waste treatment and management. Experience scheduling and conducting sales appointments, including success generating meetings through telephone prospecting. Demonstrated success managing short, medium, and long sales cycles within business service environments. Experience leading and implementing new sales programs within existing or new accounts. Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities. Trusted professional with a proven track record of achievement and a reputation for leadership. Analytical, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset. Self-motivated with high energy and a strong work ethic. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to exceed goals, demonstrate urgency, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Preferred) Minimum two (2) years of outside sales experience in the environmental services industry (Required) Experience within the commercial wastewater industry (Preferred) Valid driver's license (Required) Demonstrated history of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Proficiency using CRM systems (Required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Required) Experience managing a defined geographic sales territory with strong time and territory management skills Experience developing and executing annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales territory plans Ability to travel overnight 25% or more as required Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
