Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional, energetic, and relationship-focused Client Relations Manager to support our accounting department and maintain strong relationships with our medical professional clients. This role is centered around providing a high-end, concierge-style client experience while ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and well taken care of throughout their relationship with the firm. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with doctors and medical practices. This position involves regular travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties to meet with clients, assist with maintaining relationships, and represent the firm in a polished and professional manner. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings Travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties to visit clients and maintain ongoing relationships Coordinate and attend client meetings while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Prepare for client visits by organizing materials, refreshments, treats, and other hospitality items Provide concierge-style service and act as a primary point of contact for client support and follow-up Work closely with the accounting department to help facilitate communication between clients and staff Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing client communication Maintain detailed notes and records regarding client interactions and requests Help support client appreciation efforts, relationship-building initiatives, and firm events Address client concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and client information Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in client relations, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor required Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule involving local travel Comfortable interacting with doctors, medical offices, and high-level professionals Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Experience in accounting, financial services, medical offices, or law firms is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually- DOE Opportunity to work closely with medical professionals and established clients throughout South Florida Professional and relationship-driven work environment Growth opportunities within the firm
