Job Description

1 POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking for an Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with key clients by connecting with the key business executives and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 2 RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring their success.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, taking a proactive approach to meet customer needs and prevent issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Participate in educational opportunities, maintain professional networks, and participate in professional organizations to keep job knowledge up to date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analyzing customer reactions 3 SKILLS
AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ERP Systems (Epicor), and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills to collect, track, and interpret large sales data and market trends.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism and client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong collaborative style and problem-solving skills 4 PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, or stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. 5 WORK

The work environment described here is representative of those an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. An office environment is typical for this position, with occasional visits to the warehouse when necessary. The noise level is generally quiet. The employee will be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment when performing responsibilities within the warehouse (etc. safety glasses, safety toe shoes, etc.).
