Handles customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues, process billing, manage accounts, and support financial and operational functions. Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate ’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Other:

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment
• Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies
• Participate in training and development programs for customer service.
