Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is vital in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or marketing. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions and exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute significantly to our company's success. Duties Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service Identify new business opportunities via warm calling and proactive outreach Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that support client needs Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including technical sales when applicable Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, opportunities, and account activities Provide insights and analysis on account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements Support cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a focus on business development Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate teams Experience in marketing or technical sales is a plus Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts effectively This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in a collaborative environment that values innovation, strategic thinking, and customer success.
Pay:
