Duties Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and personalized communication. Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Conduct B2B sales efforts utilizing telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that target potential clients and expand market reach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Qualifications Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is highly desirable. Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies within a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling techniques.
