Foodservice Distribution About Us We are a fast-paced wholesale seafood distribution company serving restaurants, hotels, country clubs, healthcare, hospitality groups, and corporate foodservice accounts throughout South Florida. We pride ourselves on quality, strong customer relationships, and exceptional service. We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Inside Sales / Corporate Account Manager to help manage and grow our existing accounts while supporting the overall sales team and company operations. Position Summary This position is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, handling daily customer communication, processing orders accurately, coordinating with operations and purchasing teams, and helping support outside sales representatives. This is not primarily a cold-calling or outside sales role. Instead, we are seeking someone who excels at relationship management, customer service, communication, organization, and helping accounts grow over time through consistency and responsiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable on the phone, learns products quickly, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of accuracy and urgency in foodservice distribution. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with assigned corporate and high-volume accounts Take customer orders by phone, email, and text Process orders accurately and efficiently Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and outside sales teams Help grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development Support outside sales representatives with customer follow-up and account service Monitor customer buying patterns and identify opportunities for growth Communicate inventory availability, substitutions, pricing, and product updates Maintain detailed customer notes and account communication Assist in achieving company sales and service goals Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous experience in foodservice distribution or hospitality sales preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent phone and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new products and inventory systems Strong computer and order-entry skills Experience with ERP/order-entry systems is a plus Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Food service distribution industry experience Experience managing restaurant or hospitality accounts Understanding of margins, inventory, yields, and substitutions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in South Florida markets Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus quarterly Performance bonuses Growth opportunities Paid vacation/PTO Health benefits available Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity within a growing company
