About Us Lulich & Attorneys is a growing law firm focused on Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Probate. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful relationships with every client we serve. We are currently seeking a Client Relations Manager to become a key part of our team and help guide clients through the estate planning and probate process with care, professionalism, and confidence. Position Overview As the Client Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our estate planning clients. This role is central to the client experience, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and valued from their initial consultation through the completion of their matter and beyond. As our Client Relations Manager, you're the voice of the firm. You will be the person clients reach out to when they have questions, when it's time for their annual check-in, or when they need reassurance that their case is on track. You will also play an active role in the community by attending networking events, coordinating strategic partner luncheons, and assisting with estate planning workshops and educational events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused role, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with estate planning and probate clients Conduct follow-up calls, client check-ins, and outreach to referral partners Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with attorneys and staff Represent the firm at networking events, workshops, and community presentations Maintain accurate records and client communications within the firm's CRM system Ensure all client matters are handled with attention to detail and professionalism Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the firm at public events Ability to multitask and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment Previous law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Matching Paid Time Off Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and community involvement
