Job Description

Key Responsibilities Drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, networking, and referral development within the multifamily housing industry, promoting pest control services, termite solutions, and additional value-added service offerings. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and other key stakeholders throughout the assigned territory. Deliver consultative, value-driven presentations and proposals that highlight service excellence, pest management expertise, and operational impact. Consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue and gross profit objectives. Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and qualification through contract negotiation and close. Strengthen and grow existing accounts through ongoing client engagement, service reviews, and upselling opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to expand market visibility and business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer records within Salesforce. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions within the pest control and multifamily industries to identify new opportunities and support strategic growth. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives. Minimum Qualifications 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the pest control industry. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets. Strong prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation, and closing abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both operational and executive-level audiences. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Self-starter with strong organizational and territory management skills. Proficient with CRM systems, iPads, computers, and standard sales technologies. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within the multifamily housing industry. Established relationships with property management firms or ownership groups. Background selling recurring, service-based solutions. Prior termite sales experience preferred. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
