As a Full Time Account Representative, you will be the trusted point of contact connecting customers to that level of quality, reliability, and long-term home protection. Full Time Account Representative Responsibilities Face-to-face sales engagement with customers across Tampa, FL or assigned territory. Run pre-set warm leads and conduct in-person consultations with potential customers. Coordinate directly with LeafGuard's installation teams to schedule service appointments and ensure a seamless sales process. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records using internal CRM platforms. Address customer concerns, questions, and objections with professionalism, patience, and genuine empathy. Collaborate closely with the Full Time Account Representative team to streamline communication, share customer feedback, and continuously improve the overall sales performance. Full Time Account Representative Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Customer-obsessed mindset with commitment to providing a warm customer experience.
