Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime and business travel may be required) Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships with key clients Support customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and delivery coordination Coordinate with internal departments including Production, SCM, Logistics, Quality, and Finance Monitor forecast, shipment schedules, inventory status, and customer requirements Prepare sales reports, account updates, and business documents using Excel and ERP systems Support contract management and customer communication related to supply and operations Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion activities Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and industry exhibitions as needed Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand within the EV and battery industry Support management with sales forecasting and operational reporting Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or commercial operations Experience in automotive, battery, chemical, or manufacturing industries preferred Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required Experience with SAP, ERP, MES, or CRM systems preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment Bilingual proficiency in English/Korean preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting OEM or battery manufacturing customers Understanding of EV battery supply chain and material business operations Experience coordinating with overseas headquarters and global customers Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
