We have a great group of people here at Insuramerica and we are looking to add more. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service primarily through email and phone communications. Manage CL/PL book of business working monthly renewals. Generate comprehensive quotes/proposals. Establish relationship with our customers through the delivery of remarkable customer service to retain business. Complete policy changes/endorsements with impeccable follow-up and organizational skills. Issue proof of insurance/ certificates/ID Cards. Sell various policy types including Home/Auto/Commercial/Life. Qualifications and Skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently and quickly Active Property & Casualty license required Sales and customer service experience preferred Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively Must be able to multi-task. While we expect a regular schedule during normal business hours - 8:30 - 5:00, we are pretty flexible when schedule changes are needed for life needs. Flexibility for schedule changes are often accommodated so that time can be made up without using vacation days.
