Summary:
BlueLinx Continues to expand its National Sales Department and is in search of a National Accounts Sales Representative. This role will help drive the relationships with our Lowe's and Home Depot Partners. This position is a part of BlueLinx's highly sought-after National Accounts team and will have direct interaction with the branch sales teams throughout the organization. This position will allow the right person to better understand the Building Materials industry and Big Box Retail, and serve as a great stepping stone for future growth within BlueLinx. Why BlueLinx?

What You'll Do:
Work within the National Sales Team to provide our customers with product and service information in a timely manner Working with our customers to up-sell products and services. This role will have a direct impact in driving short-term and long-term revenue growth. Working collaboratively with the entire sales team to be an advocate for the customer. Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues. Timely follow-up on customer inquiries and follows-through for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Outbound calls will be made to both Lowe's and Home Depot promoting BlueLinx products and services. Career Path for this role is to move either within our National Accounts space in a Sales related role
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University. Early career opportunity
  • 0-2 years of work experience. Phone Aptitude
  • Comfortable speaking to people with specific information over the Phone/Microsoft Teams. Strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing. Comfortable in delivering solid email communication. Problem Solver
  • Able to handle a situation that requires research AND bring resolution to our customers. Sales Aptitude
  • Understand the importance of sales within an organization. Strong Time Management skills. Client Reliability
  • Our Lowe's and Home Depot customers rely on timely communication and a person that they can have a trusting relationship with.
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office AND the ability to adjust to new software.

The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
