  • Full-time Client Relations Lead About Us We are a growing accounting firm expanding through the acquisition of a new practice this September.
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality financial services with a client-first approach, and we're looking for a Client Relations Lead to join us. This role blends client communication with light bookkeeping and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients with strong communication skills by phone and email. Pull and organize client bank statements and financial documentation. Coordinate and prepare client engagement agreements for new and existing clients. Schedule, participate in, and document quarterly client meetings. Support tax professionals by distributing client documentation and maintaining organized client files. Provide oversight of client filing and assist with basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks as directed. Use QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and firm platforms with confidence and efficiency. Qualifications Comfortable with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset. Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or client services is strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18
  • 21/hour , based on experience.
