Entry level positions provides support to the Personal Lines team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication and policy servicing under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and courteous support to Personal Lines clients. Facilitate endorsements, renewals and cancellations under licensed staff supervision. Manage client data and ensure accurate records in the agency management system. Communicate with carriers for inquiries and follow ups. Support Account Managers. Attend and participate in internal training and professional development activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational effectiveness. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based, service oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus. Licensing Must obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment. Education High School diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. #MMAwest #MMABI #LI-DNI The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
