Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with U Drive customers by telephone, email and text Assist customers with making payments, resolving customer issues and complaints Interview customers and verify other information for newly originated auto loans Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets as set out by management Assist management with monitoring funding production in line with company targets Prepping loans file for final review Follow up on all required verifications on a daily basis Requirements College degree or 2 years+ related experience Bilingual in Spanish and English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Success driven & highly motivated Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy Benefits Competitive Pay Plan Healthcare Benefits with employer contribution Paid holidays and vacation 3% Retirement plan match
