Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Staffing & Client Relations Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our nursing agency. You will be the primary link between our healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) and the medical facilities we serve. Your mission is simple but critical: ensure every shift is filled with the right talent while maintaining elite levels of communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities Dynamic Scheduling:
Manage complex monthly and daily schedules for nursing staff across multiple facilities, ensuring shift coverage and minimizing "call-ins."
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the first point of contact for facility partners. Understand their unique staffing needs and proactively offer solutions to their labor gaps.
Recruitment Liaison:
Work closely with the onboarding team to identify staffing shortages and help fill open shifts with our pool of healthcare providers.
On-Call Rotation:
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to handle emergency call-outs and last-minute staffing requests (essential for 24/7 healthcare environments).
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure all scheduled staff have up-to-date credentials and certifications before arriving at a client site.
Conflict Resolution:
Professionally navigate scheduling conflicts, call-offs, and performance feedback between clients and staff.
Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years in healthcare staffing, medical scheduling, or high-volume logistics. (Experience with platforms like Smartlinx or ShiftKey is a plus). The "Juggler"
Mindset:
Ability to manage 50+ moving parts at once without losing your cool.
Communication:
Exceptional phone and text etiquette. You must be able to "speak the language" of both a tired nurse and a stressed-out Director of Nursing.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or scheduling software. Why Join Helping Hands Nursing Solutions?
