Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Account Specialist to join our Account Maintenance team. We are looking for stand out people who want to make a difference and embody our values.
Key Responsibilities:

Membership and Account Maintenance:
Manage and nurture membership and occupational medicine accounts with employers, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and service.
Care Coordination:
Foster ongoing communication among injured workers, employers, physicians, and workers' compensation carriers, demonstrating empathy and proactive support.
Return-to-Work Advocacy:
Collaborate with treating providers and employers to facilitate early return-to-work plans, reducing downtime and supporting workplace productivity.
Client Engagement:
Introduce additional occupational medicine services to existing clients, providing personalized solutions and resolving inquiries with a solutions-oriented approach.
Adaptability:
Remain flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of clients and the team, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
