Idaho , Twin Falls Job Description The Opportunity We are looking for a technically-minded Account Manager to lead our growth across the Western States. This isn't a "catalog sales" role—we need a hunter who understands valve automation, actuation, and industrial flow control. You will own your territory, working directly with engineers and plant managers to spec out technical solutions that drive uptime and efficiency. What You'll Do Own the
Territory:
Identify and close new business opportunities within the [Mining / Water / Industrial] sectors across the Western region.
Technical Consultation:
Act as a subject matter expert on valve automation packages (ball, gate, butterfly, and control valves).
Solution Selling:
Partner with engineering teams to provide custom-actuated solutions rather than just "off-the-shelf" parts.
Drive Growth:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and spec-in to final contract negotiation. What You Bring
Technical Pedigree:
3+ years of experience in industrial sales, specifically within valves and automation.
Market Knowledge:
A proven track record of managing and growing accounts within the Western States. The "Hunter"
Mentality:
A self-starter who is motivated by a high-trajectory company and an uncapped commission structure.
Credibility:
