About the Role The Assistant Client Advisor helps turn first-time visitors into lifelong clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, fashion-aware, and excited to grow within a high-standard luxury retail environment. You will support client relationships through our Private Collection Plan system, assist with events, communicate with clients daily, help maintain client records and follow-ups, and work closely with our styling and advisory team. This is a hands-on growth role with a clear path toward becoming a Client Advisor, as well as future opportunities in marketing, event planning, client development, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Manage active client relationships through our Private Collection Plan system Maintain client roadmaps, wish lists, sizing records, preferences, and next steps Document client conversations, purchases, interests, and important milestones Follow up with clients consistently and professionally Help clients feel known, remembered, and cared for Support long-term client development and relationship-building Client Communication and Follow-Up Communicate with clients daily through calls, texts, emails, and in-store conversations Track interactions and next steps in the client database Prepare for client conversations by reviewing their history, preferences, and goals Follow through on every client request, question, or opportunity Help ensure every client interaction moves the relationship forward Event Support Help execute approximately one event per week Support Family Days, Signature Events, Private Events, Personal Jeweler Evenings, new arrival drops, styling nights, and curated social experiences Assist with preparing Pre-Event Briefs so the team is aligned before each event Capture attendee information during events Make follow-up calls within 48 hours after each event Help turn event guests into ongoing client relationships Styling, Fashion, and Content Support Work closely with the styling team to learn how pieces are paired and presented Help clients understand how jewelry fits into their lifestyle, wardrobe, milestones, and personal style Develop your own taste, confidence, and advisory perspective over time Assist with content creation and social media moments Help capture the story, energy, and client experience of the store Who You Are You enjoy fashion, jewelry, styling, and luxury retail You like speaking with people and building relationships You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented You communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally You follow through and complete what you start You take ownership of your responsibilities You enjoy helping clients feel confident, excited, and cared for You are comfortable learning systems and using them consistently You bring energy, patience, and care to each interaction You want to grow with a business that is building something meaningful What We're Looking For Strong communication skills A professional and polished presence Interest in fashion, jewelry, styling, client service, or luxury retail Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client conversations and follow-ups Comfort working in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment Willingness to participate in evening and weekend events Positive attitude and desire to learn Strong follow-through and attention to detail Prior retail, hospitality, sales, fashion, event, or customer service experience is helpful but not required What You Will Gain Real experience building client relationships through a structured clienteling system Confidence working with clients on meaningful purchases and life milestones Exposure to luxury retail, events, outreach, styling, merchandising, and business operations Training in client development, follow-up, advisory conversations, and relationship-based selling A clear growth path into Client Advisor and other future leadership opportunities Skills that transfer into any career built around relationships, trust, presentation, and high standards Growth Path Within your first 90 days, you will become integrated into the team, contribute to events, communicate with clients independently, and begin participating in advisory conversations. As you develop client relationships and demonstrate consistent execution, you can grow into a Client Advisor role.
