Job Description

CMS Partners is expanding in the Carbondale area and actively hiring a Client Account Representative to support a growing Verizon telecommunications campaign. This is a full-time, customer-facing role where you'll work directly with customers in assigned locations, helping them explore wireless and internet solutions while building valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and account support. As a Client Account Representative, you'll introduce Verizon wireless and internet services, explain available promotions and account options, support enrollments, and help customers find solutions that better fit their household connectivity needs. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity to grow. What You'll Be Doing Meet directly with customers in assigned locations to discuss Verizon wireless services, internet plans, devices, promotions, and account options Explain pricing, service features, account benefits, upgrades, and available offers in a clear and professional way Support customer enrollments, account setup, activations, account updates, and account support Help customers compare wireless and internet solutions based on household needs, usage, and connectivity goals Build positive customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up support Answer customer questions related to services, billing, promotions, devices, and account features Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and sales activity tracking Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, account growth, and daily sales goals Why Join CMS Partners?
