Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Media Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a commission-based position , with earning potential directly tied to individual sales performance. The posted salary range reflects estimated commission earnings. In this role, you will develop and manage B2B media advertising solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. This position is ideal for self‑driven sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want unlimited earning potential. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research to expand our client base. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand their marketing objectives and recommend suitable media solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client budgets while maximizing revenue potential. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technology sales, and product specialists to develop comprehensive advertising proposals. Utilize RAB or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze client data for strategic decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, media sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with business development expertise to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage clients and articulate complex solutions clearly. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as RAB to manage customer relationships efficiently. Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to interpret market trends and client data for strategic planning. Experience in marketing strategies and understanding of digital media channels is a plus. Ability to perform warm calling confidently while maintaining a professional approach at all times.
