Role Summary Perfect Aire is actively seeking a client-focused, results-driven National Account Manager to join our team. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and achieving sales targets across assigned accounts. This role builds and nurtures strong customer partnerships, collaborates cross-functionally to execute account strategies, and serves as a key advocate for both the customer and the business. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales and market share goals, within the Hardware channel
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Perfect Aire products and services
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Prepare and deliver regular account status reports, highlighting key metrics, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact customer relationships
  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion
  • Travel as needed to support customer needs, including trade shows, line reviews, and customer meetings Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable account strategies

Sales Incentive Plan Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
