INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker's Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results You can not be a sole proprietor What You'll Do Provide professional commercial pressure washing services , including: Building exteriors (brick, concrete, siding, stone) Sidewalks, walkways, and entryways Parking lots, garages, and dumpster pads Gum, oil, grease, and stain removal Soft washing where appropriate (to protect surfaces) You will be expected to: Use proper PSI levels for different surfaces Avoid damage (etching, striping, water intrusion) Follow local water runoff/environmental guidelines Deliver clean, uniform, inspection-ready results What We Expect (Non-Negotiables) Proven pressure washing experience (commercial preferred) Professional-grade equipment (or ability to obtain): Commercial pressure washers Surface cleaners Water tanks (if needed)
