The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of home health services and case management . The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Homemaker Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our agency, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that 80-100 assign homecare Client case load maintained, in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner and that all personal care, food service needs are met in a timely and comprehensive manner. May function in the direct provision of homemaker services and is responsible for those services as outlined in the Homemaker job description. Responsibilities 1.Home care supervisor is responsible for ongoing training, quarterly conferences, annual evaluations, and providing on-site support to all personnel under her supervision. 2. Ensures client and employee safety, assesses possible risks, and constantly works on its prevention 3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, meeting any accrediting agency standards and upholding the company's policies and procedures. 4. Makes home visits, as necessary, to provide hands-on training and assistance 5. Willing to fill in for caregivers if necessary 6. Maintains professional, friendly courteous, caring relationship and atmosphere with all staff members 7. Works in a team to assure accomplishment of the company's goal 8. Be on Call and attend to field affairs of Homemakers & Clients 9. Powerfully Generate new Clientele and Present weekly report on Census and Income Revenue 10. Admit Non-Medical Home Care patients 11. Complete assessment and initial documentation for patient chart 12. Train homemakers and give competencies and set up Meet and Greet-Includes meeting with homemaker and patient for first encounter 13. Complete schedule between patient and homemaker and fill schedule changes request. 14. Call patients weekly for satisfaction and updates 15. Back up open shift as and when needed including weekends both morning and evenings 16. Schedule and give presentations to DHS and Dept of Aging and other referral sources 17 Supervise visit for each patient every 2 months 18.. Recruit both in-house support and off-site caregiver open shifts and position 19.Handle different staff and client personalities 20. Communicate with office staff thoroughly 21. Сapacity to learn and resolve turbulent situations rapidly 22. Provide Reports, daily weekly and or as the supervisor may assign. 23. Attend Management meeting fortnightly & hold weekly reporting meeting with Administrator on achieved Staffing Statistics per client basis vis-à-vis challenges and targets.
Education :
Homemaker Supervisor must have a minimum, have: A. Bachelor's degree with course work in social science, home economics, or nursing; Knowledge and skill equivalent to completion of a Bachelor's degree, in social science, home economics, or nursing.
Pay :
$45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per annum Working hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ,Monday to Friday (In-person)
