Full Job Description Description:
Drive growth within existing accounts by building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to solve problems, optimize performance, and expand business.
What You'll Do:
Grow assigned accounts by identifying and securing new opportunities Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers Solve customer challenges by aligning internal teams and resources Analyze pricing, margins, and operations to improve profitability Lead account reviews, customer visits, and ongoing business planning
Requirements:
What You Bring:
3+ years in account management within contract manufacturing Background in injection molding, metal stamping, or similar plastics industries Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen Proven ability to grow existing accounts Effective communicator who thrives cross-functionally
