Job Description
VZW Communications Group is growing and looking to bring on a Client Account Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, support account activity, and contribute to daily sales results. If you're someone who likes staying active, working with people, and building real experience in a business environment, this is a strong opportunity to step into a Client Account Representative position with clear day-to-day responsibilities and room to grow. About the Client Account Representative Role As a Client Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions from start to finish. You'll introduce available services, answer questions, and help customers move forward with account setup and service changes. This role blends customer service, account support, and sales, giving you hands-on experience across all three areas. Client Account Representative Responsibilities Meet with customers directly to discuss available service options Guide customers through account setup, updates, and service changes Provide clear explanations of plans, pricing, and promotions Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate information Deliver consistent customer service throughout the process Work toward daily and weekly sales and account goals Collaborate with Client Account Representativeteam members to support overall performance What We're Looking For in a Client Account Representative Strong communication skills and confidence working with people Organized, reliable, and able to stay on track throughout the day Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required Why VZW Communications Group Our Client Account Representatives play a direct role in how we grow.
