We are currently looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our Danville, Indiana office who will best support our clients, co-workers, and Core Principles - "understand our customers and satisfy their needs, do what we say we are going to do, and Have Fun!" Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their infrastructure and service needs. Lead the development of marketing plans and outreach strategies to promote new technical services, particularly in response to evolving state regulatory requirements. Direct the end-to-end process of securing service contracts, from initial client discovery and information meetings to the finalization of scopes and fee structures. Develop and implement Asset Management Plan services that align with state mandates, ensuring utilities meet reporting and certification requirements. Manage and execute the biennial Water Loss Audit and Validation process, ensuring compliance with state-mandated reporting cycles. Act as the lead consultant for clients navigating the project funding lifecycle, providing end-to-end support for SRF (State Revolving Fund), OCRA, and other municipal grant/loan programs. Direct the development of Preliminary Engineering Reports (PERs), coordinating technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and fundable project vision. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with the Indiana State Revolving Fund (SRF) and OCRA (Office of Community and Rural Affairs) grant/loan processes. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Public Administration, or a related technical field or similar work experience. An understanding of IDEM, DNR, and IFA reporting requirements, as well as Section 106 archaeological review processes. Experience drafting the non-technical portions of Preliminary Engineering Reports and coordinating technical inputs from staff engineers. Ability to present complex financial and technical data to Town Boards, City Councils, and Utility Boards in a way that is easy to understand.
