Account Representative- Part Time

In the role of Part Time Account Representative, you will interact directly with customers by phone and face-to-face contact in our beautiful office environment.

You will:

Provide program descriptions to new customers interested in a loan or loan conversion Establish new customer accounts Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to qualify applicants for loans Provide pricing, terms and loan amount information in a clear and concise manner Manage customer accounts Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Receive and document customer payments Perform reminder calls and friendly collection calls on past due accounts Record details of inquiries Maintain and update customer databases Requirements Must be comfortable in a team environment.
