Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Aaron's's Accounts Manager to lead and oversee all financial and account-related operations within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial management, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of our business. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for managing accounts with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and documented Negotiate terms, lease agreements, and service agreements with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention Oversee payment processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management related to customer accounts Conduct employee orientation sessions related to account procedures and customer service standards Lead interviewing, recruiting, and training initiatives for team members involved in account management Supervise team members' performance, providing coaching on sales strategies, customer service, and store operations Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts to optimize sales and inventory control Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting purposes Develop marketing strategies to promote account services and enhance customer engagement Manage store operations including shift management, cash handling, and retail math calculations to ensure smooth daily functions Implement training & development programs for staff to improve leadership skills and operational efficiency Maintain organizational skills to ensure compliance with budgeting guidelines and administrative requirements Experience Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within retail or grocery store environments Demonstrated success in managing accounts, negotiating deals, and leading teams effectively Strong background in retail sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff, conduct interviews, and foster positive customer relationships Prior experience in recruiting, training & development initiatives, and employee orientation programs is preferred Familiarity with retail math calculations such as budgeting, sales forecasting, and inventory valuation Join us as our Aaron's Accounts Manager to drive success through exceptional leadership!
