Marion National & Global Building Summary of Position:
The support specialist supports the operational needs of the office by providing exceptional service to students, team members, and other offices with a positive and encouraging attitude. Duties and Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of student contacts to the Student Account Services department. This includes email, voicemail, and phone Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries received regarding 1098-Ts including the 1098-T email address Receipt payments received by phone, mail, or online payment systems Ensure that all Student Account Services documents are scanned and linked to the appropriate student record Provide itemized receipts to students for individual courses upon request Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
