As a Global Account Director, you will own and grow relationships with some of our most strategic global customers—driving sustainable, profitable growth while shaping the future of our partnerships. Our ideal candidate will reside in or near either Princeton, NJ OR Los Angeles, CA.Your Responsibilities:
Own and grow global key accounts by developing deep insights into customer strategies, needs, and long-term opportunities Lead and inspire a global, cross-functional team (direct and indirect) to deliver aligned, high-impact account strategies Develop and execute a 3-year account development plan, aligning internal stakeholders across regions and functions Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into sustainable, profitable business growth Drive innovation and new product initiatives in collaboration with R D, marketing, and application teams Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, building long-term, value-driven partnerships Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and sustainable outcomes Champion digital transformation and smarter ways of working, both internally and with customers Continuously assess customer demand and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies Ensure operational excellence, including effective handling of customer requirements and issue resolution Salary Range- $185k
- $225k The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits.
Your Profile:
