If so, Blue Valley Tractor & Supply is seeking a motivated and professional Equipment Sales Specialist to join our growing dealership team. This is a career opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with customers, understands equipment sales, and wants to build long-term success in the outdoor power equipment and tractor industry. We are looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment. If you currently have experience in this field or current connections with the landscape and lawn mowing industry then your earnings will reflect that. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $60,000
  • 100,000+ annually based on performance. This is a career opportunity — not a seasonal position. Hours Monday
  • Friday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm with seasonal Saturdays 8:00 am

  • 100,000+ per year Equipment & Brands We Represent This role involves selling residential and commercial equipment from trusted industry-leading brands, including: Exmark — Commercial Zero-Turn Mowers Toro/Dingo — Residential & Commercial Outdoor Power Equipment Ferris — Commercial Zero-Turn Mowers Wright — Commercial Stand-On Mowers Grasshopper — Commercial & Residential Zero-Turn Mowers LS Tractor — Compact & Utility Tractors STIHL — Handheld Outdoor Power Equipment Kawasaki — Engines & Utility Vehicles Additional industry-leading attachments and accessories Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting equipment based on property size, application, and budget Sell outdoor power equipment and compact tractors to residential and commercial customers Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business Follow up with customers on quotes and leads Prepare professional equipment quotes and sales paperwork Demonstrate equipment features and benefits to customers Maintain strong product knowledge of equipment brands and models Work closely with parts and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain showroom displays and equipment readiness Assist with deliveries and customer equipment orientations as needed Ability to call and develop relationships with commercial contractors or municipalities Required Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to learn technical product information Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience in equipment sales, tractor sales, automotive sales, or retail sales Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or agricultural equipment Experience selling tractors, mowers, or utility vehicles Experience working in a dealership or service environment Familiarity with CRM or dealership software Benefits Competitive Base Pay + Commission Paid Training and Product Education Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts on Equipment & Parts Stable Year-Round Employment Health, Dental & Vision 401
