Pay Rate/Range:

$18-20/hr

Description:

The Account Manager handles the placement and management of commercial insurance policies for clients. The Account Manager role includes reviewing insurance requirements, finding appropriate coverage options, and coordinating policy setup, changes, and renewals. This is a team-based position with no commission or personal client book. The Account Manager works closely with internal partners to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and consistent service for all clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat Pro Willingness to complete background check and sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements No prior insurance experience required; training provided Willingness to obtain a Kansas Property & Casualty license encouraged

Shift/Schedule:
