Position Summary The Key Account Manager is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for expanding Hub Inc.s presence across Cigarette, Tobacco, and Alternative Product categories. This position is built for a self-starter and business huntersomeone who thrives on identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing business. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, pursue, and close new accounts and strategic partnerships Expand Hub Inc.s footprint in both existing and untapped markets Grow existing accounts through increased distribution, new categories, and product expansion Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches to drive revenue and margin Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement Leverage internal sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and guide decisions Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure execution Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of service Set goals with leadership and track performance against measurable targets Core Competencies Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and act decisively Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and close opportunities Relationship-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Valid drivers license with a clean driving record What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets Acquisition of new accounts and expansion into new markets Measurable growth within existing accounts Strong, lasting customer relationships built on trust and performance Tangible contribution to Hub Inc.s profitability and strategic growth
