Company Overview Lumineo Signs, founded in 1928, is a leading provider of on-premise signage and visual communications. Join us as we serve businesses and organizations across Kansas, including the cities of Topeka and Salina, where we are currently hiring for two separate, full-time sign sales account managers. Job Overview We are seeking two (2) separate relationship-driven Account Managers to join our team; one in Topeka, KS and the other in Salina, KS. This critical role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Both Topeka and Salina are well-established markets for us, with hundreds of existing customers and decades of experience. The ideal candidate will leverage strong relational and consultative sales skills to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Compensation Varies by experience and sales volume. Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities. Identify and develop new accounts , including owners (direct sale) and GCs/Architects Fully learn and utilize our software ERP system to maintain up-to-date job information Develop and manage projects varying in budget, size, materials, brand standards, and job objectives Coordinate artwork and customer requirements with a graphic designer and estimator Prepare proposals and presentations and communicate the Lumineo value proposition Once awarded, work with new orders by coordinating with appropriate team members Maintain familiarity with sign codes in a range of markets and municipalities Self-educate to research and remain informed of sign industry products and trends Using provided lists, follow-up on past-due invoices to perform customer collections Become familiar with company safety and health program , abide by company handbook Commit to company values and mission Required skills Daily growth mindset and ability to adapt to a new culture, team, and processes Hunger to find new opportunities and faithfully honor longstanding relationships Eagerness to create strong internal relationships with our designers, estimators, installers, admin team, sales director, regional manager, and other account managers Ability to professionally resolve disagreements and maintain positive working relationships; account manager and operations must consistently pursue mutual support Other relevant qualifications: Outside B2B sales and new business development experience Strong community involvement , networking and relationship-building skills Sign industry product knowledge and experience (shop, field, PM, estimating, other) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn our ERP software for use with leads, projects, proposals, etc. Work daily in both office and field environment Current driver's license
Pay:
$60,708.00 - $120,455.00 per year
