Landscaping Full Job Description Commercial Sales & Client Relations Manager Diversified Lawn & Landscape Salary:
$40,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Diversified Lawn & Landscape is a locally owned, growing lawn care and landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Central Kentucky. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses and homeowners find the right lawn and landscape solutions. This is not a corporate sales job. There are no layers of management, endless meetings, or complicated approval processes. You'll work directly with ownership, have the freedom to make decisions, and have a significant impact on the growth of our company. What You'll DoGrow Our Commercial Client Base Identify and pursue new commercial maintenance opportunities Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, businesses, and commercial property owners Conduct site visits and prepare proposals Follow up on leads and close new business Manage Existing Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns Conduct regular check-ins with commercial clients Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities to expand services with existing customers Residential Sales & Inquiries Respond to incoming residential inquiries Meet with prospective homeowners and provide estimates Convert leads into long-term customers Support overall company growth while maintaining a strong focus on commercial business development What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience Experience in the landscaping, lawn care, green industry, property management, or related field Sales experience, business development experience, or a proven ability to build relationships and close deals Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and able to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
You'll Be Successful If You:
Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships Can confidently ask for business and close sales Take ownership of customer satisfaction Prefer flexibility and autonomy over corporate structure Want an opportunity to help shape a growing company Schedule This is a full-time position, generally: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM One-hour lunch break Occasional evening or weekend appointments may be required based on customer needs Flexibility is expected, but flexibility is also offered Compensation Base salary: $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Significant growth opportunity as the company continues to expand A Few Important Notes We're a growing small business, and we believe in being transparent. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, direct access to leadership, and substantial opportunity for growth. However, it does not currently include corporate-style benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) plans, or extensive management infrastructure.
