The ideal candidate would have Management or Lead experience in a warehouse or shop, preferably within the oil & gas, including shop maintenance and organization, equipment handling and preparation, shipping/receiving, and inventory.

Rate of Pay:

$20-25/hr. Depending on experience

Schedule:

M-F 7:00 AM-4:00

PM Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the rental tool department by leading and coaching a team of associates, ensuring their performance and training are up to standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of rental equipment, ensuring a sufficient supply of tools and equipment is available for rental.
• Coordinating shipping/receiving and dispatching.
• Ensuring rental equipment is safe, in good working order, and properly maintained through regular inspections and repairs.
• Working with other departments, such as mechanics or service teams, to ensure smooth operations.

7:00 AM

• Lead shop experience within oil & gas

Education:

High School Experience:

4-7 years ...

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Management or Lead experience in a warehouse or shop
• Experience working within computer systems such as Microsoft Word/Excel and/or ERP systems
